Customized Orders, Exchange & Return Policy

في DMJ Boutique، نؤمن أن كل قطعة ليست مجرد منتج يتم شراؤه، بل بداية علاقة وثقة وتجربة فاشن خاصة بين العميل والبراند. فالقطعة التي يتم اختيارها أو تنفيذها حسب الطلب قد تكون مرتبطة بمناسبة، ذكرى، إطلالة راقية، أو لحظة يرغب العميل في الاحتفاظ بها.

At DMJ Boutique, we believe that every piece is not merely a purchased product, but the beginning of a relationship, trust, and a personalized fashion experience between the customer and the brand. A piece selected or made to order may be connected to an occasion, a memory, an elegant appearance, or a moment worth keeping.

تعتمد تجربة الطلب المخصص في DMJ Boutique على رؤية البراند في التصميم واختيار الخامة المناسبة لكل قطعة، مع مشاركة العميل في اختيار المقاس، الطول، أو أي تعديل متاح يتم الاتفاق عليه قبل التنفيذ. نحن نؤمن أن القطعة لا تكتمل فقط عند تصميمها، بل تكتمل عندما تزهو على العميل وتمنحه الثقة في إطلالته.

The customized-order journey at DMJ Boutique is based on the brand’s design vision and selection of the suitable fabric for each piece, while allowing the customer to select the size, length, or any available modification agreed upon before production. We believe that a piece is not complete only when it is designed, but when it beautifully shines on the customer and enhances their confidence.

في DMJ Boutique، لا نهدف إلى تنفيذ طلب واحد فقط، بل نطمح إلى بناء علاقة مستمرة مع عملائنا. فكل طلب مخصص يساعدنا على فهم ذوق العميل، وطبيعة إطلالته، وما يناسب قياساته وقصّته المفضلة بشكل أفضل مع الوقت. لذلك، فإن دقة اختيار المقاس والتواصل معنا عند الحاجة قبل إتمام الطلب يساعداننا على تقديم تجربة أقرب لما يناسب العميل، ويدعمان رحلة فاشن شخصية نأمل أن تستمر مع DMJ Boutique في طلبات قادمة.

At DMJ Boutique, our aim is not only to complete a single order, but to build a lasting relationship with our customers. Each customized order helps us better understand the customer’s style, preferred look, measurements, and fit preferences over time. For this reason, selecting the correct size and contacting us for guidance before placing the order helps us provide an experience that is closer to what truly suits the customer, supporting a personalized fashion journey that we hope will continue with DMJ Boutique in future orders.

ومن منطلق حرصنا على أن تكون هذه الرحلة واضحة، راقية، وعادلة، تم إعداد هذه السياسة لتوضيح حقوق العميل وحقوق البراند، وتنظيم آلية التعامل مع الطلبات المخصصة، والاستبدال، والاسترجاع، والملاحظات بعد الاستلام. هذه السياسة ليست عائقاً أمام تجربة العميل، بل إطار واضح يحمي العلاقة بين الطرفين ويضمن أن تتم رحلة الطلب بثقة ووضوح من البداية.

Out of our commitment to making this journey clear, refined, and fair, this policy has been prepared to clarify the rights of both the customer and the brand, and to regulate how customized orders, exchanges, returns, and post-delivery concerns are handled. This policy is not a barrier to the customer experience; rather, it is a clear framework that protects the relationship between both parties and ensures that the order journey is completed with trust and clarity from the beginning.

يرجى قراءة هذه السياسة بعناية قبل إتمام الطلب. إن إتمام الطلب أو الدفع أو تأكيد المقاسات يُعد إقراراً من العميل بأنه قد قرأ وفهم ووافق على هذه السياسة بالكامل.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. Completing the order, making payment, or confirming measurements shall be considered confirmation that the customer has read, understood, and fully agreed to this policy.

أولاً: الطلبات المخصصة والمفصلة

1. Customized and Made-to-Order Items

تقوم تجربة الطلب المخصص في DMJ Boutique على تنفيذ قطعة خاصة بالعميل وفق تصاميم DMJ Boutique المعتمدة، حيث يتم اختيار التصميم والخامة من قبل البراند بما يتناسب مع هوية القطعة وطبيعتها. ويشارك العميل في هذه الرحلة من خلال اختيار المقاس، الطول، أو أي تعديل متاح يتم الاتفاق عليه قبل إتمام الطلب.

The customized-order journey at DMJ Boutique is based on creating a special piece for the customer using DMJ Boutique’s approved designs, where the design and fabric are selected by the brand in line with the identity and nature of the piece. The customer participates in this journey by selecting the size, length, or any available modification agreed upon before placing the order.

جميع المنتجات التي يتم تنفيذها بناءً على طلب العميل، أو حسب المقاسات، أو مع أي تعديل متاح، تُعتبر منتجات مخصصة ومفصلة حسب الطلب Customized / Made-to-Order Items.

All items made according to the customer’s order, selected size, measurements, or any available requested modification are considered Customized / Made-to-Order Items.

وبناءً عليه، لا تخضع هذه المنتجات للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال أو الإلغاء بعد تأكيد الطلب، إلا في حال ثبوت وجود عيب جوهري أو عدم مطابقة واضحة ناتجة من طرف DMJ Boutique، مع حرصنا دائماً على معالجة أي ملاحظة مثبتة بما يحافظ على تجربة العميل وثقته بالبراند.

Accordingly, such items are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation after order confirmation, except where a proven major defect or clear non-conformity caused by DMJ Boutique is established, while we remain committed to addressing any proven concern in a way that preserves the customer experience and trust in the brand.

ثانياً: وصف المنتج والخامة

2. Product Description and Fabric

يتم عرض تفاصيل المنتج الأساسية في صفحة المنتج قبل إتمام الطلب، بما في ذلك التصميم، الخامة، والمواصفات العامة. ويُعد الوصف المكتوب وتفاصيل المنتج المرجع الأساسي قبل الشراء.

The main product details are displayed on the product page before completing the order, including design, fabric, and general specifications. The written product description and product details are the main reference before purchase.

يتم اختيار الخامة المناسبة من قبل DMJ Boutique وفق رؤية البراند وطبيعة التصميم والوصف المنشور للمنتج. ويتم ذكر نوع الخامة وفق الاسم التجاري أو الوصف الغالب والمتداول للخامة. ولا يُعد ذكر نوع الخامة تعهداً بأنها مكوّنة بنسبة 100% من مادة معينة، ما لم يتم النص صراحة على ذلك في وصف المنتج مثل: 100% Cotton أو 100% Silk أو غيرها من العبارات المحددة.

The suitable fabric is selected by DMJ Boutique according to the brand’s vision, the nature of the design, and the published product description. Fabric type is stated according to its commercial name or commonly used fabric description. Mentioning a fabric type does not mean that it is made of 100% of a specific material unless this is clearly stated in the product description, such as 100% Cotton, 100% Silk, or any other specific composition.

قد تختلف طبيعة الخامة أو ملمسها أو درجة اللون بشكل بسيط بسبب الإضاءة، التصوير، إعدادات الشاشة، أو طبيعة العرض البصري. ولا يُعد هذا الاختلاف سبباً للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال طالما أن المنتج مطابق للوصف الأساسي المنشور.

The fabric appearance, texture, or color shade may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, screen settings, or visual presentation. Such differences do not constitute grounds for return or exchange as long as the item matches the main published description.

ثالثاً: الصور والفيديوهات والعرض البصري

3. Photos, Videos, and Visual Presentation

الصور والفيديوهات المعروضة في الموقع أو منصات التواصل تُستخدم لأغراض العرض البصري والتسويقي للمنتج، وقد تختلف عن الواقع بدرجة بسيطة بسبب الإضاءة، التصوير، إعدادات الشاشة، الفلاتر، تقنيات تحسين الصورة، أو أدوات العرض الرقمي المستخدمة لإبراز التصميم والخطوط العامة للقطعة. ويُعد الوصف المكتوب، تفاصيل المنتج، ونوع الخامة المنشور في صفحة المنتج المرجع الأساسي قبل إتمام الطلب.

Photos and videos displayed on the website or social media platforms are used for visual and marketing presentation purposes. Slight differences may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, filters, image enhancement techniques, or digital presentation tools used to highlight the design and general lines of the piece. The written description, product details, and fabric type published on the product page remain the main reference before placing the order.

ويُعد الفيديو الحقيقي للخامة أو المنتج — إن وجد — مرجعاً إضافياً يساعد العميل على الاطلاع على طبيعة المنتج قبل إتمام الطلب.

Any real fabric/product video — if available — is considered an additional reference to help the customer review the nature of the item before completing the order.

يحق للعميل، قبل إتمام الطلب والدفع، طلب صور أو فيديو إضافي يوضح الخامة أو تفاصيل المنتج المتاحة بصورة أوضح، وذلك لمساعدته على اتخاذ قرار الشراء قبل تأكيد الطلب، بما يعزز وضوح رحلة الطلب المخصص.

The customer has the right, before placing the order and making payment, to request additional photos or videos showing the available fabric or product details more clearly, in order to make an informed purchase decision before confirming the order and to support a clearer customized-order journey.

وفي حال عدم طلب العميل صوراً أو فيديو إضافياً قبل إتمام الطلب، فإن إتمام الطلب يُعد قبولاً بالوصف والصور والفيديوهات والتفاصيل المنشورة في صفحة المنتج.

If the customer does not request additional photos or videos before placing the order, completing the order shall be considered acceptance of the description, photos, videos, and details published on the product page.

ولا يُعد اختلاف التوقع الشخصي عن الصور أو العرض البصري سبباً للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال، طالما أن المنتج مطابق للوصف الأساسي المنشور وتفاصيل الطلب.

A difference between personal expectations and the visual presentation does not constitute grounds for return or exchange as long as the item matches the main published description and order details.

رابعاً: المقاسات ومسؤولية العميل

4. Measurements and Customer Responsibility

اختيار المقاس أو تزويدنا بالمقاسات الدقيقة هو جزء أساسي من رحلة الطلب المخصص، لأنه يساعدنا على تنفيذ قطعة أقرب لما يريده العميل وبما يتناسب مع التصميم المعتمد من DMJ Boutique.

Choosing the correct size or providing accurate measurements is an essential part of the customized-order journey, as it helps us create a piece closer to the customer’s expectations while remaining aligned with DMJ Boutique’s approved design.

إذا كان العميل غير متأكد من المقاس المناسب، فإننا نوصي بعدم إتمام الطلب قبل مراجعة المقاسات أو التواصل مع خدمة العملاء للمساعدة. تؤمن DMJ Boutique بأن المقاس الصحيح هو جزء أساسي من جمال القطعة واكتمال الإطلالة، وأن اختيار المقاس المناسب يساعد على إبراز التصميم بالشكل الذي صُمم من أجله.

If the customer is unsure about the suitable size, we recommend not placing the order before reviewing the measurements or contacting Customer Service for assistance. DMJ Boutique believes that the right fit is an essential part of the beauty of the piece and the completion of the look, and that choosing the correct size helps present the design as intended.

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية اختيار المقاس الصحيح أو تزويدنا بالمقاسات الدقيقة قبل تنفيذ الطلب.

The customer is responsible for selecting the correct size or providing accurate measurements before production.

في حال ثبوت وجود خطأ واضح في المقاس ناتج من طرف DMJ Boutique فقط، يتم التعامل معه ومعالجته في أسرع وقت ممكن من خلال التعديل أو الإصلاح أو أي إجراء مناسب بناءً على نتيجة المراجعة الفنية، حرصاً منا على اكتمال تجربة العميل ورضاه عن رحلة الطلب المخصص.

If a clear measurement error caused by DMJ Boutique only is proven, the case will be handled as soon as possible through alteration, repair, or any suitable solution based on the technical review, in order to ensure the completion of the customer experience and satisfaction with the customized-order journey.

أما إذا كان الخطأ ناتجاً عن اختيار غير مناسب من العميل، أو مقاسات غير دقيقة، أو تغيير الرغبة بعد تنفيذ الطلب، فلا يترتب على DMJ Boutique أي التزام بالاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.

If the issue is caused by an unsuitable size selection, inaccurate measurements provided by the customer, or a change of preference after production, DMJ Boutique shall not be obligated to accept a return or exchange.

خامساً: الخياطة والتشطيب اليدوي

5. Stitching, Finishing, and Handmade Details

بعض قطع DMJ Boutique يتم تنفيذها أو إنهاؤها يدوياً أو حسب الطلب، مما يمنح كل قطعة طابعاً خاصاً ومميزاً يعكس طبيعة العمل المخصص وتجربة الفاشن الخاصة بالعميل.

Some DMJ Boutique pieces are handmade, hand-finished, or customized upon request, giving each piece its own unique character that reflects the nature of customized work and the customer’s fashion journey.

وعليه، قد تظهر فروقات بسيطة وغير مؤثرة في التشطيب، الخياطة الداخلية، نهايات الخيوط، أو التفاصيل اليدوية الدقيقة. وتُعد هذه الفروقات جزءاً من طبيعة المنتج المخصص أو المنفذ يدوياً، وتمنح كل قطعة طابعها الخاص، ولا تُعتبر عيباً جوهرياً ما لم تؤثر بوضوح على استخدام المنتج أو شكله الأساسي.

Accordingly, minor and non-impactful variations in finishing, internal stitching, thread ends, or fine handmade details may occur. These variations are part of the customized or handmade nature of the item and give each piece its own unique character. They are not considered major defects unless they clearly affect the item’s usability or main appearance.

في حال وجود ملاحظة واضحة ومؤثرة في الخياطة أو التشطيب ناتجة من طرف DMJ Boutique، يتم فحصها فنياً، وفي حال ثبوتها يتم التعامل معها بالتعديل أو الإصلاح وفق ما تراه إدارة البراند مناسباً، وذلك في أسرع وقت ممكن، حرصاً منا على اكتمال تجربة العميل ورضاه عن رحلة الطلب المخصص.

If a clear and impactful stitching or finishing issue caused by DMJ Boutique is proven, it will be technically reviewed and, if confirmed, handled through alteration or repair as deemed appropriate by the brand, as soon as possible, in order to ensure the completion of the customer experience and satisfaction with the customized-order journey.

سادساً: العيوب الجوهرية

6. Major Defects

يُقصد بالعيب الجوهري وجود خلل واضح ومثبت يمنع استخدام المنتج أو يجعله مخالفاً بشكل أساسي للمواصفات المعلنة أو المتفق عليها.

A major defect means a clear and proven issue that prevents the item from being used or makes it materially different from the published or agreed specifications.

ولا يُعتبر اختلاف التقييم الشخصي للخامة، أو اللون، أو الإحساس بالملمس، أو التوقع الشخصي لجودة الخامة سبباً للاسترجاع، ما لم يكن مدعوماً بدليل واضح يثبت عدم مطابقة جوهرية للوصف المعلن.

A personal assessment of fabric quality, color, texture, or expectations does not constitute grounds for return unless supported by clear evidence proving substantial non-conformity with the published description.

ومع ذلك، ترحب DMJ Boutique بأي ملاحظة حقيقية ومثبتة، ويتم التعامل معها بروح مهنية تهدف إلى حماية تجربة العميل والحفاظ على جودة رحلة الطلب المخصص.

However, DMJ Boutique welcomes any genuine and supported concern and handles it professionally with the aim of protecting the customer experience and maintaining the quality of the customized-order journey.

سابعاً: الإبلاغ عن أي ملاحظة

7. Reporting Any Issue

نحن نرحب بأي ملاحظة حقيقية ومثبتة، ونحرص على التعامل معها بجدية ومهنية بما يحفظ تجربة العميل وحقوق البراند.

We welcome any genuine and supported concern and are committed to handling it seriously and professionally, while preserving both the customer’s experience and the brand’s rights.

يجب على العميل فحص المنتج فور الاستلام. وفي حال وجود أي ملاحظة، يجب التواصل مع DMJ Boutique خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 24 إلى 48 ساعة من وقت الاستلام.

The customer must inspect the item immediately upon receipt. If there is any concern, DMJ Boutique must be contacted within 24 to 48 hours from the time of receipt.

يجب أن يكون البلاغ مدعوماً بما يلي:

The report must include the following:

رقم الطلب.Order number.

صور واضحة للمنتج من جميع الزوايا.Clear photos of the item from all angles.

فيديو واضح يبين موضع الملاحظة.A clear video showing the exact issue.

صور للتغليف الخارجي والداخلي عند الاستلام، إن وجدت.Photos of the outer and inner packaging upon receipt, if available.

ما يثبت حالة المنتج وقت الاستلام أو عند فتح التغليف.Evidence showing the item’s condition at the time of receipt or when first opened.

تحديد واضح ودقيق لموضع الملاحظة أو الخلل.A clear and specific description of the issue or defect location.

أي بلاغ يتم تقديمه بعد استخدام المنتج، أو بعد غسله، أو تعطيره، أو تعديله، أو بعد مرور مدة دون توثيق واضح لحالة المنتج وقت الاستلام، قد لا يتم قبوله للمراجعة.

Any report submitted after the item has been used, washed, perfumed, altered, or after a period of time without clear documentation of the item’s condition upon receipt may not be accepted for review.

ثامناً: المعالجة والاسترجاع

8. Resolution, Exchange, and Return

في حال ثبوت وجود عيب جوهري أو عدم مطابقة واضحة ناتجة من طرف DMJ Boutique، تحتفظ إدارة البراند بحقها في معالجة الحالة بالطريقة المناسبة، سواء من خلال التعديل، الإصلاح، الاستبدال، أو أي إجراء مناسب وفق نتيجة المراجعة الفنية.

If a major defect or clear non-conformity caused by DMJ Boutique is proven, the brand reserves the right to resolve the case appropriately through alteration, repair, exchange, or any suitable action based on the technical review.

تتم المعالجة، متى ثبتت، بأسرع وقت ممكن وبما يتناسب مع طبيعة الحالة، انطلاقاً من حرص DMJ Boutique على اكتمال رحلة العميل واستمرار ثقته وعودته للبراند.

Where confirmed, the resolution will be handled as soon as possible and in a manner suitable to the nature of the case, reflecting DMJ Boutique’s commitment to completing the customer journey and maintaining customer trust and return.

لا يتم قبول الاسترجاع الكامل لمجرد وجود ملاحظة بسيطة قابلة للمعالجة، أو اختلاف في الذوق، أو اختلاف في التوقع الشخصي تجاه الخامة أو اللون أو التشطيب.

A full return will not be accepted solely due to a minor correctable issue, personal preference, or personal expectations regarding fabric, color, or finishing.

تاسعاً: المنتجات المستخدمة أو المتأثرة بعد الاستلام

9. Used or Affected Items After Receipt

لا يتم قبول أي طلب استرجاع أو استبدال إذا تبين أن المنتج قد تم استخدامه، أو غسله، أو تعطيره، أو تعديله، أو تعرض لأي مؤثرات بعد الاستلام.

No return or exchange request will be accepted if the item has been used, washed, perfumed, altered, or affected in any way after receipt.

كما أن أي ملاحظة يتم تقديمها بعد بقاء المنتج لدى العميل دون توثيق فوري لحالته وقت الاستلام تخضع للمراجعة، ولا تُعد مقبولة تلقائياً.

Any issue reported after the item has remained with the customer without immediate documentation of its condition upon receipt will be subject to review and will not be automatically accepted.

عاشراً: الأدلة والمراجعة الفنية

10. Evidence and Technical Review

أي ادعاء بوجود عيب جوهري، أو عدم مطابقة في الخامة، أو سوء تصنيع، يجب أن يكون مدعوماً بأدلة واضحة وقابلة للمراجعة.

Any claim of a major defect, fabric non-conformity, or poor manufacturing must be supported by clear and reviewable evidence.

الصور أو الآراء الشخصية أو التوصيفات العامة لا تُعد دليلاً فنياً محايداً بحد ذاتها. ويحتفظ DMJ Boutique بحقه في طلب مستندات إضافية أو مراجعة فنية قبل اتخاذ أي قرار.

Photos, personal opinions, or general descriptions are not considered neutral technical evidence by themselves. DMJ Boutique reserves the right to request additional documents or technical review before making any decision.

تهدف المراجعة الفنية إلى ضمان التعامل العادل مع ملاحظات العميل، وحماية جودة المنتج، وحفظ حقوق الطرفين.

The technical review aims to ensure fair handling of customer concerns, protect product quality, and preserve the rights of both parties.

حادي عشر: قنوات التواصل

11. Contact Channels

يتم التعامل مع الحالات وفق هذه السياسة، ولا يُعد التواصل أو استلام الملاحظات قبولاً تلقائياً بالاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.

All cases will be handled according to this policy. Communication with us or receiving a customer’s concern does not automatically constitute approval for return or exchange.

ثاني عشر: الشكاوى الرسمية وحفظ الحقوق

12. Official Complaints and Reservation of Rights

في حال وجود أي نزاع، يتم التعامل معه وفق القنوات الرسمية والجهات المختصة، مع تقديم كامل المراسلات والمستندات ذات الصلة عند الطلب.

In the event of any dispute, the matter shall be handled through official channels and competent authorities, with all relevant correspondence and documents provided when required.

يحتفظ DMJ Boutique بكامل حقوقه القانونية تجاه أي ادعاءات غير مثبتة، أو إساءة، أو نشر معلومات غير دقيقة، أو أي تصرف من شأنه المساس بسمعة البراند أو مكانته التجارية.

DMJ Boutique fully reserves its legal rights against any unsupported allegations, defamation, misuse, inaccurate public statements, or any action that may affect the brand’s reputation or commercial standing.

إتمام الطلب يعني أن العميل قد قرأ وفهم ووافق على هذه السياسة بالكامل قبل الشراء.

Completing the order means that the customer has read, understood, and fully agreed to this policy before purchase.
